This error means that AddressFinder found an issue with the address that was submitted. The address is pulled from your My Organization account and must be a complete and valid physical address. This means it cannot be a PO Box and it must be valid with the USPS. You can check this and make changes by following these steps:
  1. Log into eTapestry
  2. Click Management > My Organization
  3. In the Persona Information tile, ensure your address is not a PO Box and all other address fields, such as City, State, and Postal Code are valid
  4. If you make any changes click Save And under Tasks
If you corrected any part of the address please reschedule your AddressFinder service. If your address appeared correctly and you did not make any changes, please contact support and reference this article ID.
