When users are working in the Forms Designer in GIFTS Online, they will position text and data fields in the confines of the form borders in their browser. However, some users find that when Previewing the Form or making it Live, the text and data fields do not appear visible. The reason for this may be due to the Page Width in the Design of the Form.
To make certain that the Page Width is not causing users to believe your page is blank, please follow these steps:
1. Launch and log into GIFTS Online 2. From the Dashboard, go to Launch tab > Applications 3. From the list of options, select Forms Manager 4. Once the Forms Manager opens, locate the form in question (NOTE: If the form is Active, it must be set to Inactive) 5. Open the form and go to Settings tab > Design 6. On the left rail of the screen, you will see a Page Span parameter > Be sure that the Page Width is not set too high - A suggestion would be to change the Page Span to 'Entire Page' 7. Save your changes, then Preview the form > The form should now display the elements within the boundaries of your browser window
