Network printer properties do not open when in Report Preview

The printer properties window does not open when clicking the preview button on a report using a network printer.
Local printer properties display as normal.

We have evaluated this issue as a bug and we have determined it will not be addressed in the program in its current state.  In this case, we believe the risks and challenges outweigh the potential benefit of resolving this issue. We strive to select the most impactful changes and issues to address with each release to accelerate the rate at which we deliver new features while sustaining the highest level of quality for our customers.

Alternate workaround:
1. Click File, Print Setup 
2. Change to Network Printer
3. Click Properties

Save the file as Word or PDF file type and print locally.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to Duplicate:
This is only occuring on report preview.
1. Click Reports
2. Click Financial reports
3. Click Gift detail and summary
3. Click preview
4. Click printer icon
5. Select network printer
**Local printer are fine but network are not
6. Click Properties 

The button does not open the properties
