When users establish security questions for their account, then run into issues logging in, they may click 'Forgot Password' and respond to these security questions to allow them back into Blackbaud Grantmaking (GIFTS Online).
There are times when the responses do not seem to work, possibly due to the fact that the response may have been originally typed incorrectly or perhaps there was a capital letter when it was meant to be lowercase. For whichever reason, Blackbaud Technical Support can assist with a password reset, but to be safe, the user may wish to reset their security questions as well, once they are back into Blackbaud Grantmaking.
To reset your Security Questions in Blackbaud Grantmaking (GIFTS Online), please take the following steps:
1. Launch and log into Blackbaud Grantmaking 2. Once logged in, you will see 'Welcome, [your name]' to the left with a dropdown arrow next to your name > Click the dropdown arrow to see a series of user options 3. Of the options presented, click 'Security' 4. You are then brought to your Manage Login Security Questions screen > If you wish to change your questions, click the 'Change' link to the right of each Security Question field 5. Clicking 'Change' will allow you to select among the security questions once more; you may also replace the Answer as well 6. Once the new Questions and Answers are set, click 'Save' > The process is complete and your new Security Questions are established
