This is due to the object security settings for that user group and the object.  To resolve:
  1. Log into CRM
  2. Click setup at the top right.
  3. Expand "Manage Users" under Administer (on the left column)
  4. Click on Profiles
  5. Click on Donor Services
  6. Click on Object Settings
  7. Scroll down and click on "FIMS Fund Notepad"
  8. User-added image
  9. Click on the Edit button
  10. Check the Read and View All boxes under the Object Permissions.
  11. Click the save button
  12. Do the same for FIMS Profile Notepads
