Members of an Organization may need to be able to view saved map instances in CRM but receive a message "The section could not be loaded. The current user does not have rights to use this form"
This occurs due to feature permissions of the System role. To correct this follow the steps below, 1. In CRM go to Admin > Admin > Security > System Roles 2. Find the system role in question and click on that 3. In that System role click on the Features tab, then click Assign feature permissions 4. Scroll down the list to find Mapping, and extend that list 5. Grant all to every permission within Mapping then click Save
Once this is saved it will allow every User within that System Role to now have that feature permission and have access to the map instances.
