In order to run AddressFinder (NCOA) the address listed under the My Organization account in eTapestry must be a physical address. It cannot be a PO Box. Users are prompted to change the address upon scheduling the service. This may be important for your organization because the My Organization address populates at the bottom of Mass Emails and through certain merge fields in Communications and Reports.
This is a requirement through our NCOA vendor. You must change the address under My Organization to a physical one in order to run the service. If you would prefer to keep a PO Box on the My Organization account, you can change it back after the service is complete. However, the next time you schedule the service you will be prompted to change it again.
