Change display name for Bank does not work

Users may find that, after updating the Display Name for the Bank field, the Display Name for the Bank field does not change on Gift record. 

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log in to the Raiser's Edge as a user with Supervisor rights.
  2. Select Config>Fields>Gifts.
  3. In the Bank row, change the value in the Display As column (to Payee).
  4. Select Records>Gift,
  5. Open any gift record with a Pay Method of Direct Debit. Note that "Bank" us listed instead of "Payee."
