The teacher can go to Classes > Roster > Contact Card, on the student's Progress tab they have some information and reports here for student attendance. They can also go to their Roster > Run Roster Reports, and there's an Attendance History report here they can run.
If you need to give teachers access to any additional reports, this can be done through report access, for either role or individual user. Click here for the steps to add report access for teachers.
