You can remove and delete a participant's registration and participant record by first making it inactive and then deleting it:
  1. Select Fundraising > TeamRaiser
  2. Click Manage for the desired TeamRaiser Event
  3. Search for the participant, and click on their name to see their participant record
  4. Click Make Inactive
  5. Click Confirm
  6. Click Delete Registration Records
  • If you would like to refund the registration fee to the donor's credit card, mark the option for Refund the registration page to the credit card originally used to process this registration.  Click Finish
  • If you would like to convert the registration fee into a gift credited to the event, mark the option for Convert the registration payment to a gift that is soft-credited to the event.  Click Finish.  If needed, you can change the soft credit for the gift.  
  • If the registration record does not have a registration fee, Click Finish
