If a change needs to be made to the season the sport will need to be inactivated and all information will need to be transferred over to a new sport. You can do this manually or with a data import and adding students in bulk. The original sport should be kept active while these changes are being made.

Run the following reports.
  •  Roster
  •  Athletic Schedule 
This information will be important for moving information from the old course to the new one. After that has been completed follow the steps below.
