This occurs when you add multiple records by using the household tab during the Add a Constituent process. If you find a matching constituent in your database, Altru will discard the second record being processed and only replace the old data in the existing constituent record. To ensure both records are added, we will want to ensure we check the following information:

1. Search for any existing records prior to adding a new constituent
2. If you are unable to find a duplicate, you may still want to create both records separately before adding them to a household together.
