1. From Analysis > Click Information Library > add an ad-hoc query> Select Source view of Constituents
  2. From the left hand column expand Registrant > click Event > from the middle column drag event record to include records where. A box will appear; search for your special event here
  3. From the left hand Column expand Registrants > click Mapped Registrations > Registration. From the middle column select registration fee and move it to Include records where and set equal to 0
  4. From the middle column select Registration Fee and drag to Results fields to display
