Revenue transactions are missing application information

You might notice revenue transactions without any application details do not have a delete button. These transactions are present in the financialtransaction table but are not in the financiallineitemtable, which is where the application details are stored in the backend.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1) Search for transactions that present in the financialtransaction table but are not in the financiallineitemtable.
2) Go to those revenue records and notice the application details as well as the delete button are not present.
