Users are unable to open attachments (.doc, .pdf, .jpg) when selecting attachments from the documentation tab from a constituents gift.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Log into BBCRM using the mobilize option (on mobile device). 2) Navigate to a constituents record 3) Select the Revenue History tab 4) Select a gift hyperlink 5) Click the Documentation sub tab 6) Select an attachment (.doc, .pdf, .jpg). 7) Note that none of the attachments open.
