To designate which Addressee/Salutation is used:
  1. In Online Express, select Account>Integration Options. 
  2. Select Addressee/Salutation from under Options.
  3. In each dropdown, select the Addressee/Salutation Type to use for each Addressee/Salutation in Online Express. 

To add the merge field to the Email marketing template:
  1. In Online Express, open the Email Marketing template.
  2. Select the Design Email tab. 
  3. In the desired cell, click Click to Edit.
  4. On the Edit Content window, select Merge Fields>Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary Addressee/Salutation.
  5. Click Apply.
