  1. Ensure the email address in ResearchPoint for the user is the same as the one they use to log into
  2. Replace SITEID at the end of this link with your organizations site ID and share it with the user your trying to add:
  3. The user should be able to access ResearchPoint by clicking the link and entering their credentials.
