When using the 'Create Exchange Contacts' and 'Download Exchange Data' you may have the following questions,
1. How it is selecting which telephone, email, address to send? It is not sending the primary contact information? 2. Why is it overwriting the wrong phone/email/address when the information is sent back to CRM?
Example: The 'Download Exchange Data' with a selection that included the person who had these newly added contacts in Outlook. It pulled 11 of them into the batch to make updates back to CRM -- even though no updates had been made in Outlook. It also failed to pull in a new contact that had been added in Outlook but did not come over from CRM in the first place. The updates for these 11 records in the batch appear to be overwriting valid email/address/phone information with the alternate email/address/phone information that was originally sent to outlook
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack
