When selling a membership through Daily/Advance Sales or through a Back Office Payment, we will need to attach the gift message to the membership after completing the order.
  1. From the Constituent's Record, Navigate to the Membership Tab
  2. Click the Membership
  3. In the Recent Membership Transaction section, Click the arrow to the left of the Gift Transaction, Click Edit
  4. In the Edit a Membership Transaction screen, enter the Gift Message
