Guest passes allow members to purchase a ticket free of charge. Guest passes must be enabled before they can be used. Once enabled, guest passes can only be used for the programs specified under the guest pass configuration screen

Guest passes can be set up as a membership benefit, or they can be added directly to a constituent record. Once a patron has been awarded guest passes, these will show on the patron's constituent record under the Guest Passes tab or on the constituent's Membership record

Note: Guest passes can only be redeemed in Daily Sales. We can search for the guest pass by looking up the patron's name that the guest pass was awarded to.
