Why isn't a notification sent when AddressFinder and Deceased results files are ready for download?

When creating an AddressFinder or DeceasedRecordFinder process users are asked to enter contact information so that they can be notified when their results are ready for download.  These notification aren't currently being sent.  
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, please complete the steps in Why haven't the results from my Data Tune-up submission been returned?
