Why isn't a notification sent when AddressFinder and Deceased results files are ready for download?

When creating an AddressFinder or DeceasedRecordFinder process users are asked to enter contact information. This article details what this information is used for and why email notifications aren't sent. 
This contact information is only used to complete the Processing Acknowledgment Form (PAF). Please see  Why haven't the results from my Data Tune-up submission been returned? for more details.
