When entering course requests some users may receive the following exception
"There are currently no open years for enrollment."
The available courses never load.
This can occur when the Signup Date for enrollment is set to a future date. Follow the steps below to check this.
1. In Academics > Scheduling > Requests and Schedules > Course Request Setup 2. Select the correct year, category and school level. 3. Edit the Signup Date and change the value to today's date.
Note: You'll also want to make sure you're looking at the student grade level for the next school year. So, if a student currently has a grade level of 8 this year, they won't be able to view course requests until grade 9 in Course Request Setup has current dates.
