When using the Mass Merge Utility to find and eliminate Duplicate Constituent Records in the Raiser's Edge, users may wish to know how Parent/Child records from RELO are handled.

When Luminate Online is integrated with The Raiser's Edge, the Mass Merge Utility forces the child record to be deleted. Otherwise, duplicates can occur in Luminate Online. After using the Mass Merge Plug-In when integrated with RELO, there will be no Parent/Child.
