My customization is stuck on loading in Catalog Browser

Users may run into an issue where a customization appears to be stuck on "loading" in the Catalog Browser when attempting to load a new custom package.
This issue is most likely caused by contention with another process that is currently running.

If hosted by Blackbaud, please contact support for assistance.

If self-hosted, please review the logs from SQL Snapshot utility or other database monitoring application to verify that the loading process is not being blocked. If it is blocked, the offending process will either need to complete or be terminated to allow the custom package to load.
