Special characters missing from keyboard in RE Mobile App

When searching for constituents in the RE Mobile App on an iPhone, the keyboard may only show alpha-numeric characters.

We have evaluated this issue and have determined it will not be addressed in the program in its current state. We strive to select the most impactful changes and issues to address with each release to accelerate the rate at which we deliver new features while sustaining the highest level of quality for our customers.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into Mobile App on an iPhone
2. Tap Menu>Search
3. Keyboard appears and does not give options for special characters or punctuation
