To edit the Campaign:
  1. Click Management
  2. Click DIY Forms
  3. Click the Edit button next to the name of the form that you'd like to update
  4. Click Settings
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the form and click Change Selected Campaign
  6. Click the name of the appropriate Campaign
  7. Click Update
  8. Click Go Live
  9. Click Yes, Go Live
  10. Click Replace
To edit the Approach:
  1. Click Management
  2. Click DIY Forms
  3. Click the Edit button next to the name of the form that you'd like to update
  4. Click Settings
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the form and click Change Selected Approach
  6. Click the name of the appropriate Approach
  7. Click Update
  8. Click Go Live
  9. Click Yes, Go Live
  10. Click Replace
To edit the Letter:
  1. Click Management
  2. Click DIY Forms
  3. Click the Edit button next to the name of the form that you'd like to update
  4. Click Settings
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the form and click Change Selected Letter
  6. Click the name of the appropriate Letter
  7. Click Update
  8. Click Go Live
  9. Click Yes, Go Live
  10. Click Replace
