GIFTS Online users with access to Blueprint can customize the layout of their Request forms so that they can add and adjust fields to meet their grant tracking needs. In some cases, when the custom Request form is edited and fields are deleted, users that attempt to open Requests may come across an error message when doing so.
The quickest way to resolve the issue is to log out of GIFTS Online, then log back in. After making your edits to the Request form, there are likely some fields that were removed or changed. To best ensure that you are opening the latest version of the form, logging out and back into GIFTS Online will provide you with your refreshed site that contains your latest changes.
