An accurate Team Total may be determined by:
A.) Visiting the Team Page directly and looking at the total amount raised.
B.) Manually determining the totals in Excel with the following process
- Navigate to the Reporting>Supporter Pages tab in the charity account.
- Select the Report Period date range.
- Click the green 'Generate' button.
- Download the Excel file that is generated.
- Sort the data by 'Team Name'.
- Sum the 'Supporter Page Total' for all Supporter Pages within the Team.
