A reviewer has locked themselves out of their reviewer account. This will unlock their account have them reset their security questions.
An administrator can unlock the reviewer.
1. Log into GIFTS Online as the administrator 2. Click on Action in the upper right tool bar 3. Click on Reviewers Portal 4. The Reviewers Portal opens now click on the Administrator option 5. Click on the Locked users section and find the user that is locked out and click on unlock
