I accidentally rejected an application

While I was working in the applications screen in GIFTS Online I accidentally rejected an application that I meant to bring into the system. I now cannot bring it in.
When you reject an application in IGAM it goes into your historical applications but there is no direct way for you to roll it back to pending.

However, Blackbaud Technical Support can roll this application back to pending for you.  Please have the following information ready:

Site ID (or SID)
Application ID
Form ID
