The duplicate check function is not properly finding my records when I perform the check. I have a contact who is already in my system and the application is not properly finding them when doing the duplicate check.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
In the meantime, follow these steps: 1. Click the search button next to the record 2. Verify that the contact is associated to the correct record.
If you perform this search and it still does not come up with a contact it is likely that a new contact record needs to be created.
