A participant was unable to upload contacts in to their address book and is asking for our help. Is there any way we can upload them without logging in as the participant?
Event Managers (and nobody else) can upload contacts in to a Participant's Address Book. This is due to privacy reasons. If the participant is having trouble uploading the contacts, have them try it on another web browser or computer. They could be using an out-dated browser, or experiencing browser interference (such as browsing protection or other plugins).
