How do I deactivate users?

I have a user that left our organization or changed jobs and they no longer need access to our Grantmaking Online database. How do I deactivate them?
Currently, all user changes do need to be done through our Services team. Please have your organization administrator reach out to our Customer Support with the following information:
  • Grantmaking Online URL:
  • Full name:
  • Login ID:

Normally user changes will be done within two business days, but at peak times may take up to the five business day Service Level Agreement.
