How do I add or deactivate users?

In cases where a new hire needs access to GIFTS Online or users leave a company or changed jobs and are no need access the GIFTS Online and need to be deactivated
The Designated Support Contact (DSC) can submit a request with the following information:

 To add a new user we will need

   - The users Full Name
   - The users Phone number
   -  The users Email address
   -  The Permission Group to be added to

To deactivate and existing user
   - The users Full Name
   - The users Login
