When a user goes to open a document within GIFTS Online, they are often prompted by their browser to Open or Save the file and the file name should match the same that is displayed in GIFTS Online. Files will open as .doc, .pdf, .xls, .docx, etc.
In some rare cases, however, the system prompts the user to open an ASPX file and - when choosing Open or Save - no document appears to open.
Rebooting the workstation will allow the document to be opened. We are looking into this issue further to determine the root cause.
