I have an applicant who is in the process of filling out an online application. My applicant is receiving an 'Unexpected End of Script' error when trying to upload an attachment to this application. How can I help them resolve this error?
This error message generally stems from an issue with the file's original location. This error can normally be resolved by either trying a different browser, renaming the file, or moving the file to the applicant's desktop and attaching it from there(rather than a subfolder on his/her C:\ drive).
