Along the right hand side of a student's profile page, there is a section to view their Learning Profiles. In order to see these, a user needs to have either the Learning Profile Manager or Learning Profile Staff role. If the user still cannot see a list of Learning Profiles, it is possible the Access has not been set up yet. You will need a Platform Manager to grant the access.
In order to turn on the access to view a list of Learning Profiles:
- Go to Core > Users > Edit User Profile Data
- Search for the user > click on the name
- Scroll down to System Information and select Role Membership
- Click on Edit
- Mark Learning Profile Manager and Learning Profile Staff under the Report column and View Column.
- Click Save & Exit.
