When a Parent attempts to pay the Deposit on a Smart Tuition Contract they receive a message that says "Sequence Contains No Elements".
This occurs when a Payment Plan is set up for a month that has already passed. In order for the contract to go through, you'll need to complete steps outlined below:
1. Delete the Contract from the User. 2. Add a new Payment Plan in Smart Tuition. 3. Create a new Contract with the new Payment Plan. 4. Assign and Generate the Contract for those Users experiencing the issue.
