If your Raiser's Edge is locally / self-hosted:
  1. Close the Raiser's Edge / Luminate Online plug-in
  2. Exit and sign out of The Raiser's Edge
  3. Right click on the orange RE icon
  4. Select Run as Administrator
  5. Log back into The Raiser's Edge

If your Raiser's Edge is hosted by Blackbaud:
  1. Close the Raiser's Edge / Luminate Online plug-in
  2. Exit and sign out of The Raiser's Edge  and Blackbaud Hosting.
  3. Log back into Blackbaud Hosting and The Raiser's Edge. (Note: Do not select the Raiser's Edge - NetCommunity plug-in RE icon if present. Log into the regular Raiser's Edge.)
  4. If the error still appears,  click Chat with Support, reference this article, and provide the following information so we can assist you:
