Why is there no option for ResearchPoint after logging into blackbaud.com

When users want to access ResearchPoint from blackbaud.com, they should be able to toggle between products on the upper left hand corner of the screen by selecting the blackbaud logo. Users are finding that while that functionality used to be available, they will log in to blackbaud.com and no longer see ResearchPoint as an option after selecting the blackbaud logo.
This issue was resolved.  If you are still experiencing this problem please complete the following steps:
  1. Edit the SITEID at the end of this link and enter it into the address bar of your web browser: https://login.blackbaudondemand.com/?SiteID=SITEID
    • If you receive an error message while opening the site try placing 'RP' at the end of the link (ie. https://login.blackbaudondemand.com/?SiteID=1234RP).
  2. Click Start ResearchPoint 
  3. Enter your Blackbaud.com login credentials
  4. Click your user name in the top right hand corner of ResearchPoint
  5. Click Log out
  6. Log into www.blackbaud.com and view that ResearchPoint is now in the product drop down.
If these steps don't resolve the issue please contact support.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log in as an affected user to blackbaud.com
2. On the top left hand corner, there is a blackbaud logo
3. Hover over it, and you will see available products in a drop down
4. Notice that ResearchPoint is not an option, when it previously was an option
