This error means that AddressFinder found an issue with the phone number that was submitted. The phone number is pulled from the My Organization account and must be a complete 10 digit number. We can check this and make changes by following these steps:
  1. Click Management
  2. Click My Organization
  3. Click Persona
  4. Fill in the Phone field with a 10 digit phone number
  5. Click Save And under Tasks

Once the phone number has been corrected please reschedule the AddressFinder service. If your phone number appeared correctly and you did not make any changes, please contact support and reference this article ID.
