The Outcomes portal is loading extremely slowly and/or failing to load.

My grantees are trying to log in to the grantee Outcomes portal at and the page is either failing to load or loading extremely slowly.
Blackbaud Customer Support is aware of an ongoing issue with the Outcomes portal. Should you encounter any latency or a failure to load when you log in to, please submit a case to Blackbaud Customer Support via the PowerME tab on Community or by calling 877.704.3343.
