How to view Handle profile changes

  1. From the drop-down menu in the upper, right-hand corner, select Core.

  2. Click Users/Access > Profile.

  3. Click Handle Profile Changes.

  4. Select a role from the View changes for menu.

  5. In the Max results field, enter the number of results you would like to view.

  6. Select Unhandled (to return all new changes).

  7. Click View in the upper right-hand corner.

  8. Review the changes and click Export to Excel in the upper, right-hand corner to create a spreadsheet.

  9. When you're finished reviewing the changes, select individual users or check all and click Handle.

    Note: You can review handled changes at anytime by selecting the handled radio button, entering a date range, and clicking view.
