This error message is normally caused by a data issue pertaining to a specific question in the application. In this case, please note that the application ID, the question causing the error, and the system error number are all subject to change.
In order to resolve this, please provide the full error message, and especially the application ID and question throwing the error, and submit a case to Blackbaud Customer Support via phone at 877.704.3343 or via the PowerME tab on Community.
