The issue is caused because there is an issue with the address ID being referenced by the interaction.
1. Pull up the interaction in question and see which address ID it is using:
1a. If it is null, an ID must be supplied.
1b. If there is an ID filled in, look to see if the address is inactive:
1c. If so, either activate it or have them choose a different address ID.
1d. If it is status Active or 'O' for Archived (both should be acceptable), then check all the Address IDs for duplicates:
1e. If there are two or more identical addresses, TA will not be able to tell them apart (hence the pop up menu).
Either delete one of the duplicate addresses or change it to something different so that TA can tell them apart.
