You may see that when assigning plans and prospects from the original user to a new user the director of Major Gifts may go to Major Giving Management > Opportunities area to see his direct reports, none of the accepted opportunities that were from the original user plans and are now assigned to the new user show as accepted opportunities. Even if the new user has been added to the organizational hierarchy as reporting to the major gifts director.
Due to the fundraising start date of the new employee, CRM won’t show relevant data prior to the start date of the new employee. It will only show from the new users fundraising start date. Even though the opportunities were assigned to the user, the director of Major Gifts would still not be able to see them due to the fundraising start date of the original employee.
To resolve this the director of Major Gifts needs to go to Organization Hierarchy > find the new user > Edit > change the fundraising start date of the new user to the original owners start date,
