First, verify that you have the correct system role to access the prospects tab: Prospect Manager. To do so: 

  1. Log in as a system role administrator in Altru. If you are not a system role administrator, contact your system role administrator to add the Prospect Manager system role to your username.
  2. Click Administration > Application Users
  3. Click the arrow next to the user that needs the Prospects tab. 
  4. Mark the checkbox for Prospect Manager. 
  5. Click Save.


If adding the Prospect Manager system role does not resolve the problem, click Chat with Support and reference this article.  The support team can verify that you have the correct configuration for your database.
