First, verify that you have the correct system role to access the prospects tab: Prospect Manager.
If you are a system role administrator in Altru, go to Administration > Organizational Units > click on the user that needs the Prospects tab. On the System Roles tab, ensure they have Prospect Manager. If they do not, click Add and search for and select Prospect Manager, then click Save.
If you are not a system role administrator, contact your system role administrator to add the Prospect Manager system role to your username.
If adding the Prospect Manager system role does not resolve the problem, click Chat with Support and reference this article. The support team can verify that you have the correct configuration for your database.
