Communications are not being added to the constituents record within CRM. The communications send without issue within BBIS. However, no communication is recorded on the constituent record.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Send a mailing, or any direct marketing effort. 2. Locate a constituent that was located in the mailing. 3.Navigate to the communication tab of a constituent record. 4. Click the communication tab of the communication tab. 5. Note that the communication has not been updated.
