I am attempting to consider an application and, when I do so, an error appears that reads as follows:
(ConsiderRejectAttachments) Error #52 Bad file name or number
Why does this error appear and how come I am unable to consider my application?
When this error appears, it is usually indicative of something wrong with the attachment file name. There is a known issue affecting file names where special characters (',Ô,ë, to name a few) render as question marks.

Please provide the Application ID, the Form ID and your Site ID (SID) so we can take a closer look at the attachment file names and work to help you resolve the matter.
