The formulas on the Grade Plans can only be edited by a user with the Grading Manager role, or a cloned version. To view which user(s) may have this role access:
  1. Go to Core > Users/Access > Profile.
  2. Select Manage Roles.
  3. Select the Grading Manager role.
  4. Click Members.
This will display the users who may have had access to change this information. If none of the users listed report having made a change, please contact K-12 Support along with the following information:
  • Which area specifically was changed.
  • The last time that the information displayed correctly.
  • Date/time the incorrect information was discovered.
  • Which user made the last known change.
