When I try to retrieve applications, I receive the following message from the system:
"Error occurred while retrieving applications. Error occurred while retrieving applications. IGAM Server Error An error has occurred and your request could not be processed at this time. If this is the first time you have encountered this problem, please attempt your request again. If you continue to encounter this problem, please contact MicroEdge Technical Support"
How can I bypass this error so that I can retrieve my applications?
